The old site of a pharmacy in Siófok, in business since 1970, was replaced by a fast website of its own that instantly answers visitors’ most common questions: are you open right now? Who is on duty today?

Starting point
The pharmacy’s previous site ran on a generic site builder. Key information — opening hours, duty rota, contact details — appeared in several places and was hard to update, and the duty rota was uploaded as an image.
The goal was a site that keeps the pharmacy’s atmosphere and texts, but shows what visitors are looking for at a glance, even on a phone.

What we built.
Today’s duty pharmacy
Based on the town’s duty rota, it shows every day which pharmacy is on duty, with address and phone number.
Offers from Instagram
The homepage shows current offers from the pharmacy’s Instagram posts, with image and text.
Map and directions
An embedded map plus Google Maps, Waze and Apple Maps buttons for getting there.
Bilingual site
The entire site is also available in English, for the international guests of this Lake Balaton town.
Visual identity
The ginkgo image from the old site and the pharmacy’s blue and gold colours define the new, clean look.
Result
Visitors see on the homepage, without scrolling, whether the pharmacy is open, and can call or get directions with a single tap. Less frequently needed information (services, health funds, history) moved to separate, well-organised pages.
The site runs on its own hosting, without third-party trackers, and serves its own fonts — which means faster loading and a simpler privacy notice.
